Our designated shipping days are Monday through Friday. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can take one to two business days to process. We ship through UPS and FEDEX you can request a tracking number for your items. Once we have shipped your item it is UPS & FEDEX responsibility. We can not assume responsibilities to lost, stolen, or damaged items while in transit.
There is a 24 hour window to cancel your order which will be REFUNDED IN FULL
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Ultimatedonsanddivas.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at the point of checkout.
Out Stock of Items
- If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) or the items are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order and issue the remaining in store credit for items not in stock.
