Is this a Modeling Agency?
We are no longer an agency, but we offer extensive certified training, which provides you representation, management, and personal development to grow and benefit your career.
Are you local to me?
We are located and operating in Washington DC, USA. Our Studio is in Falls Church, VA (Tysons Corner Area). We currently serve the DMV area and some surrounding cities/states such as Pennsylvania, Baltimore, New Jersey & NYC. In-person training is provided in the DMV area EXCLUSIVELY, but we also train and serve nationwide as well as worldwide. We provide management and training virtually. You get the same exact treatment. We are currently managing talent from Milan, Paris, and London .
What do I need to prepare for a model call or audition?
You will need a professional headshot. to start. We will need your body shots, a recent selfie, name, number, email , along with what city and state you will be working in. All of this information must be included in your submission or we cannot move forward with your application. Please be mindful we receive 100s of submissions a day. Make yours stand out!
How do I sign up?
All potential models and talent must go through the audition process. You must fill out our "submission form" in its entirety to be considered. Then you will receive the information about our model call or audition.
Now What?
What's next? Check your email. You will receive an automated message. Make sure again that you provided ALL the information necessary, especially your contact information. After receiving a "Thank you message"', wait a maximum of 72 hours for an email stating whether we would like to move forward with your application. We will send you the audition time and location. For local models, it will be in person. Out-of-town models or talent will be auditioned virtually from home via Zoom. Auditions may be set at a model call or networking event; Whichever comes first.
Do I get Paid?
Yes, we provide you with both TFP and paying gigs/jobs along with your representation membership. We work as your agents, mentors, and managers. We want you to represent the Ultimate Dons and Divas(™) Entertainment Academy as the best talent in the world.
It is a school?
Not exactly; it is a training facility, and extensive audition prep and education will be provided to you. Both virtually and in-person, we help your personal growth and development as a talent. We offer a graduation date because we feel that EVERY hard working individual deserves a celebration. Plus the FREE company crop tops and tees are a nice couture addition to your wardrobe that you receive during your contract with us..
Who are the Owners?
​Brie Crenshaw-Zhou is the new CEO, coach and manager. She is the heartbeat of the company; well known as the winner of Miss DC of Miss Jetset Magazine 2018, an international pageant and competition. Brie is also an alumni of the Harvard of all modeling and acting academies : John Casablancas Academy. She is a certified-professional model and coach. She has your best interest at heart because she was once you. Now very fufilled and sucessful, she gaurentees you will win with her.

Yichen Zhou is the CFO doubled as an accountant and used to be an agent for another company. He is the foundation of the company. He specializes in all things money and numbers. As an accountanting professional of 15 years, he will be your financial backbone and keep track of all things that get you paid. The gigs/jobs you will receive from him will be life-changing, 100% guaranteed.
